Bill Tortolini was born and raised in the shadow of Boston. A true blooded New Englander; Bill attended Salem State College and attained a B/A in graphic design with minors in Advertising and Marketing. Working for nearly 12 years as an Art Director, Bill began working in comics in 1996. The transition from traditional print design to Comic Book production as natural, and lettering became second nature. Bill lives in Billerica, Massachusetts, with his wife of 8 years Kristen and his 3 children, Cameron, Katherine and Abigail.



Simon Bowland was born and bred near Manchester, England, Simon established his own lettering business in 2002 and now works full-time in the industry. Delivering some of the top notch work in the lettering industry Simon has helped to launch a number of ground breaking titles for companies like Dynamite Entertainment, and has become a favorite got-to letterist for many of the industries top artists and writers.
